Project Background
LBH Partners is a Sydney-based technology consultancy that helps businesses and governments tackle complex challenges across digital, M&A, enterprise platforms and innovation strategy. With a focus on long-term partnerships and smarter solutions, they work at the intersection of tech, strategy and impact.
Client Brief
After years of sharing their CBD office with another company, LBH Partners were finally ready to make the space their own. With the neighbouring team moving out, the opportunity arose to reimagine the office as a branded, functional environment that felt future-ready, client-friendly, and uniquely LBH.
The goal wasn’t a full rebuild, it was a smart refresh: practical, cost-effective, and designed to support growth while reflecting the company’s evolving identity.

Process
We started by understanding the existing space, what worked and what didn’t. From there, we developed a design that preserved key infrastructure while updating the finishes and layout to create a more functional, client-facing environment.
New timber flooring defined breakout zones, while the kitchen was expanded and equipped with a presentation screen for informal gatherings and team sessions. Meeting rooms were updated for added privacy with tinted glass film, giving them a polished, professional edge.
Furniture selections were made through LBH’s existing supplier network to streamline approvals and keep things cost-effective. Finally, we added wayfinding elements and bold entry signage to help anchor the brand experience and guide visitors through the space.



Results
The first phase of the project, kitchen and breakout areas was completed and handed over to LBH with a clear visual direction for future stages.
With the groundwork laid, the team now has a roadmap for rolling out the remaining upgrades as budget and timing allow. More than a facelift, the refresh gave LBH a space that feels ready for what’s next.
