BLT Minibodegas
Project Background
BLT Mini Bodegas, a leading self-storage company in Santiago, Chile, enjoyed a boom in sales. Riding on this success, they opened their largest and most iconic facility in Quilín. Designed to stand out not just for its space and style, but for its commitment to sustainability.
Client Brief
As BLT Mini Bodegas continued to grow, they faced several challenges that needed solutions; starting with a flagship facility in Quilín that could set the standard for the brand’s next chapter. But the challenge wasn’t just building something big, it was building smart.
The space had to reflect their commitment to sustainability, offer a seamless customer experience, and unify a brand presence that had become fragmented. From confusing signage and a clunky website to uninspiring sales offices and inconsistent messaging, it was clear the brand needed a strategic refresh across the board.

Results
A self-storage company that was absolutely delighted. They loved their eye-catching and environmentally sustainable facility and were thrilled (and, truth be told, massively relieved) to have a simplified wayfinding system that made their customers’ lives easier. The newly designed website also met with universal acclaim. Staff were overjoyed to finally have a site for promoting their services, establishing brand credibility, increasing visibility and facilitating lead generation. The refurbished in-facility offices were also a roaring success, providing a comfortable and welcoming space for the team to work and serve customers.
