Fluoresencia Store
Project Background
Fluoresencia is an iconic accessory brand based in Chile, producing high-quality, handmade pieces since 2010. The brand focuses on local production, fair pay, and environmental sustainability, with each product crafted with care and precision by experienced artisans. Their products are created with love and dedication, offering accessories made to withstand time, fashion, and trends.
Client Brief
When Fluoresencia approached Pink Dog Studio, they wanted to launch their second store in one of Santiago’s most iconic shopping centers, “the Drugstore”. The challenge was that the store floorspace was a tiny 12.5m², requiring a smart design solution to both display their products and store additional inventory, including collaborations with other brands.

Process
With just 12.5m² to work with, every centimetre had to earn its place. We approached the layout like a spatial puzzle, creating modular, multi-use fixtures that could display Fluoresencia’s accessories beautifully while hiding ample storage beneath.
Custom cabinetry was designed so that it blended seamlessly with the brand’s elegant, hand-crafted aesthetic, allowing stock and collaborations to stay organised and out of sight without sacrificing style. We chose to use white for all displays, in order to avoid any clashes with the bold colours of Fluoresencia’s range, allowing the products to speak for themselves.
Beyond the fitout, we led the creative direction for the store launch campaign, from art direction to shoot planning, crafting a visual language that invited new customers in while celebrating Fluoresencia’s loyal community and slow-fashion values.

Results
The final store made a big impression in a small space. We delivered a compact, elegant layout that showcased Fluoresencia’s accessories with care, while integrating hidden storage to keep the footprint functional and clean.
The launch campaign gave the new location the spotlight it deserved, drawing in both loyal customers and curious new faces. Nestled inside the iconic Drugstore, the space now stands as a physical reflection of the brand’s values: slow fashion, timeless design, and deep respect for the process.
A thoughtful retail experience that feels handcrafted, just like the products it holds.
