Project Background
Ashton Media is a leading events organiser based in Australia, known for curating high-level industry events, many of which take place outside of cities in stunning locations like the Hunter Valley or the Mornington Peninsula. With a packed calendar of events and a focus on premium experiences, they needed a creative partner to keep up the pace and elevate their visual storytelling.
Client Brief
Ashton Media came to Pink Dog looking for full creative support across multiple touchpoints. They needed a flexible team that could deliver a high volume of content, quickly and consistently; including promotional videos, social media edits, speaker stings, event photography and some on-the-go creative problem solving.

Process
Working across multiple events meant moving fast, staying flexible, and maintaining a high standard. We built a production pipeline that aligned with Ashton Media’s calendar, allowing us to seamlessly shift between planning, shooting, editing and delivery without missing a beat.
Ahead of each event, we created animated speaker stings to introduce talent on stage. On-site, we captured every moment; from keynote sessions and networking drinks to offsite dinners, sponsored activations and interviews with delegates and sponsors. These assets were then transformed into hype reels and social cuts that helped drive buzz and sell out the following year’s events.
We also supported Ashton Media with fully animated launch videos, event photography, curated edits on the fly, and creative support wherever it was needed.


Results
We became a seamless extension of the Ashton Media team. From eye-catching social content and hype reels to slick speaker intros and branded event screens, we delivered a full suite of assets to match the pace of their events. Whether it was setting up a last-minute shoot, producing a batch of vox pops, or throwing in creative insights to help them push promotions even further, we were there. No brief too small, no turnaround too tight.
